The interior of the suitcase is lined up with leather panels cut from a full size cowhide hand tanned to create its beautiful vintage patina. A few surfaces are lined up with elegant peach finish Alcantara® in tobacco shade. A set of 5 decanters, 6 tumblers, 6 balloons in pure crystal from Vista Alegre Atlantis and a set of whisky tasting accessories are included as well as coasters specially made with the same hand tanned leather used in the project. Over the last 20 years, Bernardini has designed and handmade a large collection of customised and bespoke objects for our niche and select worldwide clientele.
Our customised objects made from beautiful vintage luggage pieces from the “Grand Maisons” like Goyard, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel can be selected from our collection prototypes and photo catalogue.
The luggage pieces can be chosen from our collection of beautifully and expertly restored briefcases, suitcases, hatboxes and trunks or you can show us your own luggage pieces, so we can study whether it would be possible to customise it depending on its shape and condition. Alternatively, based on your wish, we can source the perfect vintage luggage piece for you.
After your model choice we generally have a production lead time of 2 to 3 weeks for the smaller items, when chosen as per prototype. For bigger bespoke objects the lead can run up to 4 to 5 months. In todays market unfortunately the sourcing of high quality materials may take several months.
