Very rare, gentlements writswatch Chronograph, in 18 kt yellow gold, oversize case, so called "Spider-Lugs" in stunning condition born with its Patek Philippe bracelet. case in three parts, square shape pushers chronograph, snap back and crown, A beautiful argentè color dial, with applied Roman numerals at twelve and six and an extremely unique configuration of "Gladio" burnished hands. Complete with its original Papers.

Accompanied by the original certificate by Patek Philippe from the period and extract of archives.
