Very rare and probably unique with this configuration, one of the most famous rolex chronograph produced in the 1940's, so called "Barillotto", made in a few pieces, water resistant case in two parts, screw back and crown, rounded pushers for the chronograph with the special "Tropical" brown colour dial and gold graphics , two counters and multi scale.
